Sleek Nude Collection: Au Naturel Palette ★★★★

From Sleek's Nude Collection is the Au Naturel palette - consisting of seven matte shades and five shimmer shades. I'm so glad that Sleek name their shades now- it makes it so much easier! These are all very pigmented and very wearable. I love Taupe, Conker, Mineral Earth and Regal, but can definitely say I would use every single shade - Nougat is a perfect highlight for me too. Definitely one of my favourite Sleek palettes!

Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipsticks ★★★★

I managed to get a hold of seven Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipsticks - a line that I believe was discontinued after the introduction of the new ColorSensation line :( These are amazing lipsticks - a huge range of shades and for a drug store lipstick these have a great staying power.

The shades I bought are Born With It, Roseberry, Royal Red, Peach Mocha, Sweet Ginger, Plum Wine and Rum Raisin.

Born With It: a gorgeous pink based neutral shade with subtle shimmer
Roseberry: a pure dark plum shade
Royal Red: a true red with no shimmer that can be built up upon for an instense red lip
Peach Mocha: a beautiful pink based brown, a perfect 'my-lips-but-better'
Sweet Ginger: an opaque pink based brown with noticeable gold shimmer
Plum Wine: a dark plum, a gorgeous shade that can be built up upon
Rum Raisin: a brown shade with hints of pink and a gold shimmer finish

Top 15: MAC Eyeshadows (August 2011)

So what are my top MAC eyeshadows? Well, from my tiny tiny only-just-started collection I've managed to choose fifteen :)

With my green eyes I do like my purples - Stars N Rockets, Trax and Beauty Marked.

I also love greens and blues using Fashion, Tilt, Freshwater, Birds & Berries, Steamy and Juxt.

Neutrals are a must for me: Vex, Shale, Solar White, Shore Leave, Mulch and Black Tied.

Sleek I-Divine Storm Palette ★★★★

Sleek's Storm palette consists of twelve wearable shades - three matte colours and nine shimmer colours. Priced at £6.49 it's a must for everyone! These eyeshadows are highly pigmented and very versatile. I found there to be a little fall out during application but this can be avoided by tapping the brush prior to application. This was my very first Sleek palette and my very favourite - I've already used up three of the twelve shades and this is something I'll definitely be repurchasing in the near future.

A quick look done with the Storm palette - first shade on the left on the top all over the lid, the light pink (fifth from the left on the top row) over the outer side of the lid, deep plum (sixth from the left on the top row) in the crease and outer corner, black along the lash line and the light beige (second from the left on the top row) to highlight and in the inner corner of the eye.
